Dff file repalce gta IMG tool and
Txd fill imprt to gt3.txt and txd.txt your choice and
example: select gta3.txt and click plus icon and select txd archive and Go to the folder where you've downloaded my mode select the txd file and click the right boton and click overwrite and click capital letter
Disable the enbal camnom and click the ok
